Ryan has a comprehensive background in the marketing of Residential properties. In addition to residential marketing, Ryan has successfully marketed apartment buildings, new housing projects and commercial office space.

Previous to his career in Real Estate, Ryan worked within the tech community and in 1999 founded a North American B2B Exchange. A major success from the get-go, this little Edmonton based start-up grew to an RFP value of nearly $1 Billion prior to the “dot bomb” market collapse. Its largest marketing partner included Staples Corporate (America) and its Board of Directors included the late US President Gerald R. Ford.

He also spent time with a large national telco in a senior sales position. Clients included Neiman Marcus, Intercall (West Corp) and Intuit Canada.

With regard to Residential properties, Ryan has been involved in the sale / purchase of several hundred residential properties throughout his career, and is noted for his expertise in the areas of high-end executive homes, as well as his project marketing of multi-family condominium residences. Ryan and his team are known in the real estate industry for their efficient handling of multi-family project sales, and take great pride in their ability to offer personable service at a professional level.

Ryan has been licensed with the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB) since 2002 and sits on the Government and Political Action Committee for the EREB. He also holds several designations including: Advanced Buyer Representation, Condo Certification, E-Pro (Internet Specialist), NAR Green Certification, and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) North America.
